Giordano Marcel Weschenfelder

Education: in 2000 he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, obtaining the title of Civil Engineer, and in 2014 he completed his MBA studies at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro.

Professional Experience: From the beginning of his career, he has been involved in the formwork and scaffolding industry. In 2000, he began an internship at one of ULMA's representative offices, where he started working as a construction engineer in 2002. Initially, he was responsible for the operations of the company's southern branch in Brazil. In 2007, he became manager of the Rio de Janeiro branch, and two years later, he assumed the position of regional manager, responsible for the branches in Rio de Janeiro and in Bahia. From 2016, he was associated with ULMA Construccion Polska S.A. – first as Contracts Director, and from the beginning of 2019 as General Manager, responsible for operations in the Polish market. In 2021, he was appointed Director of Market Intelligence at the ULMA Group company in Brazil.

Mr Giordano Marcel Weschenfelder does not conduct any other activity which would be competitive in relation the Issuer’s activity. He is also not a partner in a competitive civil law partnership or partnership, or a member of a governing body of a capital company, or a member of a governing body of any other competitive legal person. He is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
